The American Countryside is truly a slice of Americana. It might

be a well-known music or TV star or just someone with an interesting

story that lives down the street. From Iditarod sled dog mushers,

to NASA scientists, from the Rooster Crowing Championships to NFL

greats, The American Countryside is sure to be interesting. Andrew

has even featured the Corn Palace and Hansen Wheel and Wagon

right here in Mitchell. From his home in northwest Missouri, Andrew

McCrea is known to make cell phone calls from horseback as he

tracks down a story. Andrew's busy public speaking schedule

includes student groups and a wide array of agricultural,

educational and business events.

Wherever he travels, Andrew discovers interesting people and

places and shares them on The American Countryside.
