Plankinton man pleads guilty to attempted rape charge

Attorney General Marty Jackley and Aurora County States Attorney John Steele announced today that Robert Lincoln Will, 35, Plankinton, pled guilty to one count of attempted first degree rape, class 2 felony, punishable by up to 25 years imprisonment and/or $50,000 fine and one count of sexual contact with a child under sixteen, class 3 felony,  punishable by up to 15 years imprisonment and/or $30,000 fine. 
A sentencing date has been scheduled for November 22, 2017.  
This case was investigated by the Aurora County Sheriff’s Office.
